Adelina Halim is a Director of Tusk. Adelina coordinated the development and publication of Indonesia’s Energy Sector White Paper for BAPPENAS and the Asian Development Bank, which included an in-depth analysis of renewable energy policies. To assist the Government in implementing priority projects, she was a key member of the team that led the establishment of Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP), including the development of its legal basis. She also formulated a prioritization methodology based on economic analysis for Indonesia’s 15-year economic master plan, called MP3EI (Masterplan for Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia’s Economic Development). Prior to joining Tusk, Adelina was an economist at NERA Economic Consulting, developing expert reports for financial and mass tort litigations in New York and London.
Adelina holds an MSc in Financial Economics from University of Oxford and a BA in Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University.
