Clarina Andreny is an Engagement Manager of Tusk. Clarina has extensive experience in project management, project appraisal, stakeholders engagement, policy making and institutional building. She assisted the implementation of Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Project (KPPIP) in debottlenecking, formulating regulation and managing stakeholders ranging from government officials, SOE/ROE to private investors and performed project appraisal in railway sector for Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF). She also has strong end-to-end project delivery knowledge for toll road, transportation and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) sectors. Furthermore, she involved in the team to develop the Limited Concession Scheme (LCS), an alternative funding scheme which focuses on optimizing brownfield assets. 

Clarina holds a Master of International Management (Finance) from Portland State University with a merit scholarship from Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), Ministry of Finance and a Bachelor of Political Science (Business & Politics) from University of Indonesia.
