Tirza Reinata is a Director of Tusk. Tirza is a well-rounded and effective leader in policy advisory and strategic program management, and a master problem solver both in designing and executing resolutions. She is currently overseeing the effort by Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs to ensure strategic infrastructure projects are implemented, including designing and executing debottlenecking for airport, seaport, urban transport, power plants, as well as streamlining overall project implementation process.

Previously, she was a key member of the team mandated to implement the Government’s 15-year economic master plan called MP3EI (Masterplan for Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia’s Economic Development). Tirza also supported BAPPENAS in the development and socialization of the Medium-Term National Development Plan (RPJMN) (2015-2019) for Infrastructure. Currently, she is also assisting one of Indonesia’s major State-Owned Enterprises in designing and executing its corporate transformation process to successfully deliver a key mandate from the government to deliver an iconic infrastructure project in one of the main islands in Indonesia.

Prior to joining Tusk, Tirza was with McKinsey & Co in Jakarta.

Tirza holds a Bachelor of Social and Political Science degree from University of Indonesia.
