Tremain Tanner is a Senior Advisor of Tusk. He has more than 25 years’ experience in clean infrastructure planning with a focus on: water and wastewater treatment and supply; renewable energy and power development; and, public-private partnership (PPP) strategy, procurement and implementation. He has international project experience covering over 20 countries and three continents. He formerly led the project development efforts across Asia for two Fortune Global 100 infrastructure holding companies. He has advised a client base consisting of senior public, private, and bilateral and multilateral agencies on their infrastructure investments and the execution of their development projects. His areas of expertise include: team leadership, project strategy, investor and project technical due diligence, PPP procurement and transaction management. A major component of his work has been contributing to client project strategy and execution, and advising his clients from project inception through closure. One of his most recent assignments for TUSK was to lead the team investigating the potential to add hydroelectric power generation to 284 existing non power dam sites across Indonesia.  The team Tremain led produced a short-list of the top sites nation-wide with the best potential to add hydro power, recommended a procurement strategy to take these projects to IPP development; and, identified potential sources of private sector funding for the projects.
