Radju Munusamy is a Senior Mentor of Tusk. He was previously one of the pioneering directors of Tusk and recently relinquished this role to assume the position of Chairman of the Indonesian arm of the industrial conglomerate Jebsen & Jessen.   At Tusk, Radju previously led a number of key government advisory assignments with particular focus on gaining regional government and private sector support for the government’s priority projects and infra programs. Radju was also instrumental in the establishment of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, in particular in crafting the risk management framework for this new infra bank.

Radju is a former strategy & management consultant with McKinsey & Co and has worked extensively with corporate leaders in USA and Indonesia, primarily advising them on strategic direction, corporate structuring, turn around and identifying growth opportunities. He was previously the Group CEO of an Indonesian conglomerate and was instrumental in restructuring and articulating the Group’s strategy. Prior to that he was a capital market analyst with the investment bank Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Radju holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from University of Southern California. Radju is an Indonesian national and is based in Jakarta.
